By browsing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see Changes to these terms). The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

In these Terms:

• "Website" means strixonstore.com and its sub-domains.
• "Products" means the goods offered for sale on the Website.
• "Order" means your request to purchase one or more Products through the Website.
• "You" / "Customer" means the person browsing the Website or placing an Order.
• "Content" means all text, images, logos, designs, and other material on the Website.

You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old, or a minor acting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Deliveries are made within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in breach of the laws of the Kingdom;
• place an Order using false, misleading, or another person's details;
• interfere with the security or proper operation of the Website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• copy, scrape, or resell the Website's Content without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or cancel an Order, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is inactive, or that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

We take care to describe and picture our Products accurately. Even so, product images, colours, and specifications are for guidance and may differ slightly from the item delivered. Specifications shown are provided by the manufacturer.

• All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.
• Products are offered subject to availability. We may change the range, withdraw a Product, or limit the quantity that may be ordered, at any time.
• Despite our best efforts, a Product may occasionally be mispriced or its description may contain an error. Where this happens, we reserve the right to correct the price or description and to cancel any affected Order before it is dispatched, even if it has been confirmed. If we cancel a paid Order for this reason, we will refund you in full.

When you place an Order, you make an offer to buy the selected Products on these Terms. The order-confirmation message we send acknowledges that we have received your Order — it does not by itself mean the Order has been accepted.

A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your Order — that is, when we confirm that it has been processed and dispatch the Products to you. We may decline or cancel an Order before that point, including where:

• the Product is unavailable or was mispriced or misdescribed;
• payment is not authorised or completed;
• we are unable to verify your details, or we suspect fraud or misuse;
• the delivery address is outside the areas we serve.

If we cancel an Order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Payment is taken at the time you place your Order, through our payment provider (Tap Payments), using the methods shown at checkout — including mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

• Card and payment details are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Your Order is processed once payment is authorised. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel the Order.
• A valid tax invoice is issued for each Order in line with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

We ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our delivery partners. Estimated delivery times, charges, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery time-frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure the delivery address and recipient details are correct — we are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Your rights to return Products and receive a refund or replacement — including faulty or incorrect items — are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is consistent with the consumer-protection requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please read that policy for the return window, the condition Products must be in, the items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, and how refunds are processed.

The STRIXON name, the owl/reticle mark, logos, and all Content on the Website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by the intellectual-property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international treaties.

You may view and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Content, or use our brand or marks, without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and logos shown on the Website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify their Products.

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Where one applies, its duration and terms are set by the manufacturer and are stated on the product page or in the documentation supplied with the Product. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom.

Except for those rights and any applicable warranty, the Website and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with an Order is limited to the amount you paid for the Products in that Order.

You agree to indemnify and hold STRIXON harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party. This obligation is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your Order, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction. We aim to resolve any complaint amicably first — please contact us using the details below before pursuing any other route.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Products, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and the updated Terms take effect when published. The version that applies to your Order is the one in force when you place it. Please review this page periodically.
